Refund Policy

If you have a billing question, a technical issue, or think something went wrong, please contact us. We'll review it promptly and do our best to resolve it in a reasonable way. GayBearX is currently free to use until payments are up and running. This information is published in advance for transparency.
1. EU Statutory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days. However, by purchasing a subscription, you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that once the digital content (AI generation) has started or credits have been added to your account, you lose your right of withdrawal. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day refund policy for unused services described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in certain cases in good faith within 30 days of your purchase or subscription charge.
A. Unused Service
If you have created an account and made a payment but have not generated or downloaded any content from this account, you are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days.
Refunds are limited to one per account.
B. Other Eligible Situations
We also consider refunds in the following cases if the request is made within 30 days:
- Duplicate or accidental payments verified in our system
- Technical issues that prevented access to or use of the Service
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
- Billing errors on our part
In these situations, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Digital Benefits — No Cash Value
Subscription access, generation quota, tokens, credits, promotional benefits, and any other digital benefits provided by the Platform have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash or other monetary value, even upon account closure, suspension, or service termination. Unused daily generation quota does not roll over to subsequent days and does not accumulate or convert to refund credit.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use our contact form.
Include the following:
- Email address associated with your account
- Date of the charge (and transaction reference if available)
- A short explanation of your request
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several days to appear on your account depending on your card issuer.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us via our contact form. When you cancel:
- Your subscription enters a "cancelled" state immediately
- Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- You retain access to your generated content for the duration of your account
- Refunds for unused time are considered only under Section 2 above

6. Automatic Renewal & Pre-Billing Notification
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel. Each new billing period begins on the same calendar day of the month as your original subscription start. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal.
Five (5) days before each renewal, we will send a reminder email to the address on file, including:
- The upcoming renewal date
- The amount that will be charged
- The currency
- A direct link to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue
If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically and your card will be charged.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, fraud-prevention block, etc.), we will notify you by email immediately and retry the payment up to three (3) additional times over a seven (7)-day period, notifying you at each retry attempt. If payment cannot be collected after the final retry, your subscription will be suspended and your account will revert to the free tier. You may reactivate at any time by updating your payment method. No partial charges or "broken" billing states will occur.
8. Chargebacks and Billing Issues
We're committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before initiating a dispute — we'll do our best to help.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may delay resolution and, in cases where services were delivered as described, may be treated as a Terms violation and result in account termination and blocking from re-registration. We encourage you to reach out so we can assist you directly.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local law provides greater protection, those rights apply automatically.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
