DMCA Copyright Policy

GayBearX respects intellectual property rights and complies with the principles of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you can file a takedown notice through our Content Removal form by selecting "Copyright infringement" as the reason, or by emailing [email protected].
What your notice must include
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on GayBearX.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A good faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We acknowledge valid notices within 24 hours and act on them within 72 hours.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) by emailing [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information.
EU Users
EU users may also report copyright infringement through our Content Removal form under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act.
